Shipping Information
At Comfytee, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely. We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping
Delivery within 5-7 business days. Free shipping on orders over ₹999.
Express Shipping
Delivery within 2-3 business days. Available for an additional charge of ₹199.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM on weekdays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive confirmation in your account once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. For remote locations, delivery may take additional time. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and in your account. You can track your order status in real-time using the tracking link provided.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse. You will be contacted to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. If you need to change your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at with your order number. We will investigate and provide a replacement or full refund.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to contact you within 7 days, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping charges.
